Effective date: November 3, 2026

Stonepath Land LLC (“Stonepath,” “we,” “us”) operates stonepathland.com. Stonepath Land LLC buys vacant land nationwide. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone number, mailing address, property address or parcel number, and details you share about your property or, for builders and buyers, your purchase criteria.
  • Information from public records: we obtain property-owner names and mailing addresses from public county records and from licensed data providers to send offers about vacant land.
  • Automatically collected: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through our website host’s server logs, page caching, and our form tools. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising pixels.

2. How we use information

To respond to inquiries; evaluate properties and make offers; prepare, sign, and close purchase agreements; share buy-box-matched properties with builders and buyers who ask to receive them; keep records required for real estate transactions; improve our website; and comply with law.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with title companies, closing attorneys, notaries, surveyors, and e-signature providers needed to complete a transaction; with a builder or buyer to whom we assign a purchase agreement (limited to what’s needed to close); with service providers that host our website, CRM, email, and phone systems, under confidentiality obligations; and when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Do-not-contact requests

If you don’t want to hear from us, email offers@stonepathland.com or call (410) 220-4744 and say “do not contact.” We’ll add you to our internal do-not-contact list promptly.

When you submit a form on our website, you agree that Stonepath Land LLC may contact you by phone or email about your property or your purchase criteria. Consent is not a condition of any sale.

5. Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and tax recordkeeping, and use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us using the details below; we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
